Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Little Bookhouse, we want you to be completely happy with your order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your book or product arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@thelittlebookhouse.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Please note that minor printing variations (such as small white lines near page edges or slight colour differences) can occur during the printing process. These are normal and not considered faults.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind.
If you’d like to return your item, please email info@thelittlebookhouse.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving your order to start the return.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any bookmarks or additional items that came with your order.
Once the return is approved, you’ll be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Returns Process
We’ll provide the return address and instructions by email.
Please package the item securely, ideally in the original packaging.
Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads, personalised products, are non-returnable.
